Grealish is better than Sterling? On what evidence? If Raheem stopped doing that infuriating thing where he always takes just that bit too much out of the ball, he'd be world class.
IDK. Honestly the past 2 years Raz either holds the ball too long and then flubs or he heavy touches it over the end line. He'll do his little hands up by his chest move (Raz hands) and try to goad the defender into something then nothing seems to come of it. I honestly don't think there's a player in our forward line I'd less trust with a 1v1 on the keeper as he simply seems to lose the plot when given any chance to think. I know this is harsh and he's been in better form of late (comparitively speaking) but his lack of consistency has become very consistent. Of course it'd be best to get something for him v. him skating to another club on a free but if we can bring in someone more consistent even if it is to lose him for nowt I guess it'd be better than tying him down to another 2-3 years and watching him ride the bench due to his now growing propensity to not consistently produce.

With Bayern extending Coman and Madrid getting Mbappe, the only team who I can see being able to afford him internationally would be PSG- which honestly would make sense in regards to replacing Mbappe. If I had to guess, I think we'll end up getting something done but who knows, really. Wait and see.

I actually think that PSG could have a big interest in Christopher Nkunku. And according to information the German media has the player would like to return.

Would be a great signing. His underlying numbers are on par with Foden's albeit in a worse league.

Bernardo was likely to leave when we signed Grealish, wasn’t he? With Kev and Gundo over the age of 30, Foden mostly playing out wide rather than the middle, and Bernardo potentially leaving, I thought he was primarily a midfield signing. I don’t think he suits the LW position in the current system, playing next to a false 9 that always drops deep and a left back that never overlaps. There are simply very little players to create for, and he lacks a little pace to play wide

Have you heard anything about other potential transfer targets by the way? Alternatives to Haaland or other positions?

Just a further Rodri back-up/Fern replacement.

Atm sterling has really come back in form but I’d wait till the summer before even thinking about a contract.
