If that frees up funds for Haaland in the same window, no brainer for me

Unless Paris come to the party next summer, it will be Barca.

His new media people have done this deliberately, even started briefing off record, in a bid to give City a push to let him leave in January to Barca.

Up to now, City have made it clear they won't entertain a sale in January, but his value is surely falling all the time and he will only entertain a couple of clubs.

He's not contributing on the field of play and if it also helps to convince Bernardo there is more room here, then we should try to part on good terms ASAP.

If we get our original outlay back, it would be one of the best bits of business City has done.

If we get his fee back I'd suspect witchcraft

His only hope is PSG.. if he want to leave this summer (/winter) and if City wants a decent fee (+40m). I dont think Real is gonna stifle Vinis development when/if they get Mbappe as well. So Raheem better hope Mbappe moves. Or maybe Sterling goes to Real next summer in the very unlikely scenario that Mbappe signs a new deal.. but I dont think Real will pay that kind of fee for him with only 1 year contract left.

The best hope to get a big fee for him in reality is to sell him in this winter.. they might have buyers in the PL but he wont go there. Or maybe City dont care that much about money and will end up loaning him to Barca lol.

Maybe hes already got feelers out at PSG though. This all seems very coordinated from his agents/firm.

Barcelona is also interested but I think they'll only make an offer if Demebele leaves as apparently he has offers.

Don't know why people are stuck on him. If he doesn't start preforming soon it's obvious that he needs a move, which would be good for both him and us.
