Raising the pension age to 75

I would imagine that the one thing that MPs would ensure with raising the pension age to 75 is that it wouldn't apply to MPs.
Wouldn’t apply to anyone in an occupational or private pension like MP’s are, as it’s for state pension age (which means it would apply to all, including MP’s).

Lot's of reports johnson wants to take IDS think tank suggestion and raise the pension age to 75

Whats next lower the working age to 12?

Personally I think it's a shite idea.

65 is long enough, somone who has works 25-30 years and paid for their pension deserves to retire and enjoy it rather than be finishing closer to 80 and probably death.
Someone’s going to have to pay for Brexit.

And I guess it makes sense for the demographic that voted for it in large numbers to take the hardest hit.

absolute joke, at 67 i'll have been working for 51 years, thats more than enough for anyone, adding another 8 to that is unthinkable. I'm off to google bank robbing for geriatrics, the fuckers are looking after me one way or the other in my dotage
