Sky news are saying that he is on the move in the town center, people are locked indoors and can see the stand-off.

Shit, Cookie was gonna bid £45 MILLION for him tomorrow. He didnt know who he was but got told everybody was after him ;-)
 
Apparantly if they hadnt found him by saturday they were gonna up the reward money from 10k to 20k and call it a "raoul over"
