.rar files

Can anyone give me some help/info on these files?

I d/l'ed the city/gillingham files so kindly provided by BudTheWiser, but when I try to extract the files they keep going to the same file and when I change the original file name (of the first decoded file) the others will not decode?

Any help?

Is it my decoder (something called Frog)? Any suggestions?

It's like a .zip file.

Search for winrar or 7zip, they can handle .rars

Yeah, use winrar to extract them. Google it.
