I'd imagine that one of the very many contributing factors to Mancini's departure is the fact that he's never given young players a real chance while in charge here; I doubt very much that he'll change his mind now.

With the performance on Saturday I feel a shake up of the team is inevitable. I don't even like the look of the team I've typed but can see it happening.

At defending, yes. At attacking, no. We will rarely need to defend against Reading. If our away form is anything to go by since Christmas 2011, and our first encounter with Reading this season, we will struggle to break them down if we don't use all of our attacking capabilities.
