Not a lot for protein or even vitamins in that lot! Saw the article that said this food package cost £30 via the official provider, a company called Chartwells. I'd be ashamed to work for such an outfit.
Pretty much all you can do is sandwiches and toast with various things, pasta with chopped tomatoes, baked potato and beans... Basically carbs with carbs on top.
Supposed to last 10 days too apparently. It's a great shame that in this world where we have an excess of food, so much if it doesn't go to people who are not even getting the recommended levels of nutrition, during a lockdown and pandemic.
