This is no criticism of KDB but Kyle Walker for me is player of the season, he was magnificent last nigh and has has a wonderful and very consistent season.

Competition from Cancelo might have contributed to his increased consistency and concentration.

Totally agree. Of all the players in the world he is completely unique. When we talk about great goalkeepers in future there will be Ederson in his own category and the rest in their own.

When Pep came in and made a big deal about changing the keeper it seemed crackers but once Ederson came in it all fell into place.

I think he will be regarded as one of the most important goalkeepers of all time!

He has actually single handedly invented a new position.

Their fans will be gutted now. Liverpool Champions after such a long time, but the Summer could belong to Manchester City, and if we get to the final, which we could well do, it will be Manchester City that are talked about, and not their side.

Don’t be too surprised if they shoe-horn in the Scousers; something along the lines of Klopp’s brilliance brought out the best from a rag tag bunch reeling from a dismal campaign in the league.

Once again, a wonderful decision by the hierarchy at MCFC. I remember a certain ridicule or incredulity in regards to the amount; and to be honest I felt some of that myself.

Nobody bangs on about the fee we paid for him now, either.

Though that could be in part due to Littlewoods and Chelsea both shelling out almost twice as much for theirs.
