Has anyone received/completed the latest Survey from City?

I found it rather different than the usual surveys as I was asked more about my Religious Belief, Sexuality, Employment and so on... Which I can't ever recall the club asking before.

Many football related questions such as how many matches have I attended this season, and reasons for doing the Club Badge consultation.

BlueMoon also got a mention by the survey when asking where I get City News from.

Yes I received & completed it on Friday. I was also intrigued by some of the questions but just assumed they had used another survey company.

Interesting that some of the questions related to the first team, i.e. how do you think we are performing on the field and if we play attacking football.

Not had one I don't think. But I don't always read their email newsletters very closely. I get too much email as it is.
