Estate Agents are not needed and should be phased out like Travel Agents have been over the last decade or so.

Same with recruitment agencies, they just get in the way, and a lot of the time have no understanding of the jobs they are recruiting for. Plus they lie about the money and don't let you speak to the potential employer when an offer is being made. One in manchester thought a BA was a higher qualification than an M.Phil and they were supposed to be specialists in their area.

Totally agree, it's all arse-licking and bullshitting. I won't touch recruitment agencies.
I work freelance and source all my own clients. If I went through an agency I'd be paid £11 per hour less,
which would go straight in their pockets, for making the call, while I do the graft. Chancers the lot of 'em.

I don't understand correctly what are you going to say , but what i understood is ,estate agents are money obsessed and lying idiots, do an essentially unnecessary job for to much money.
