it was very debatable if swp would have got there...however once the assistant gave the free kick - as there was a clear tug - he had to go!

Thats fine - I didnt believe it warranted a red card - However, I do believe the ref decided against a sending off for the penalty (which IMO was a red card) because he had already sent off Mcartney.
You shouldnt be able to have it just one way - As that one has been rescinded then the yellow card for the penalty should be looked at and maybe changed to a red.
