Quite an unfortunate post this, given the fact that Cook has a record of facing up to people no matter how uncomfortable the ride. Take the Mancini appointment press conference as an example.

because I and at least 15 other Northstanders I know of e-mailed him last week regarding this issue and not one of us has even had the courtesy of recieving a reply!

Monday is the first opportunity to relocate to already available seats, you do not HAVE to select then.
