Nothing the incident I was talking about we're 2 nil up and sterling is 1 on 1 with ddg but blazes over the bar when challenged fromy behind.
If it's the one I'm thinking off bud, originally I thought there was a case, on viewing it again, Sterling seems to get his shot off unimpeded and the following challenge was a nothing attempt at a block, didn't touch him, just a shit finish tbh.

Not had the stomach to watch it back yet so can anyone tell me the challenge on sterling first half when he's clean through and blazes over the bar I thought the defender went right through the back of him and was screaming for a penalty? Was it?

Yes but it was the type of pen that’s easy to ‘gloss over’ as the actual miss distracts from the fact he’s been fouled.

Whichever way you look at it we we're responsible for our own undoing. Yeah shocking refereeing certainly didn't help but has it been any different all season. I think the time has come for this overpaid so called officials to speak after the match and explain the decisions they've made. We deserve total transparency.

Pretty sure it was atkinson that tried to bend our 5-0 away at Norwich a few years ago, but stopped it when we got to 2-0. Hes not a bad ref but no chance hes getting written down for that today. I couldnt beleive the first few pages of this thread...

And if anyone expects anything different at spurs next week, please cop on immediately.
Can't call him for the Norwich game you're quite right what you say but that was Foy.

On our 2nd goal is that not an elbow by Matic on Sane. If it is then it needs to be looked at for retrospective. It was straight in front of Atkinson and he chose not to go back and book him so mustn't have seen it.

The only football I watch after a defeat is Goals On Sunday, as I feel they're the only guys who aren't driven by any agenda. Consequently, iv'e just seen the Young assault on Aguero for the first time. The thing is, both in real time and slow motion, Kun's right leg CLEARLY buckles on impact. Atkinson has some serious questions to answer here, yet absolutely nothing will be done, or said, by his snake of a boss, Riley. This stinks.

The PL and Sky will think its not good for the ‘product’ to have a team 19 points clear and champions before mid April

They probably reminded Atkinson of this before the game
