The rule is a joke as well . If a player dives and pk is awarded then the panel can’t ban the player because they will have take appropriate action and recall the pk . It’s a big mess.

Imagine winning 5-0 and the ref decides to give us a penalty for somthing close to a dive.
We score and the PGMOL 'Stop City' panel takes all the points away for a dive.
No not a good idea at all.

Just do a Robbie Fowler and tell the referee it wasn’t a penalty, if he still gives it that’s his fault.
