The fact that Niasse got done and Gray didn't just demonstrates to me that the system employed would not know an arse from an elbow. I've not seen the Zaha 'tumble' but if it's anything like the Grey one the system is no longer credible.

Even without blue tinted specs, Zaha took a dive.

Referees not up to standard relegate them and promote one from the lower divisions like football if your shit you get relegated and if your the best referee in lower divisions you get promoted! The referees in premier have had it easy for years fcuk em off if they consistently make the wrong decisions.

Is the '3 person panel' the same three for every referral or do they randomly select three people from an approved list? So did the same three people decide Niasse was guilty as found Gray and Zaha not guilty? Not sure which is the best/worst scenario or whether it really makes much difference, if it has to be unanimous then more often than not someone will have an interest in voting no. Personally I'd go 2 games for a full house and 1 game for a 2 to 1 majority.

Agree you need the best referees in one of the best leagues in the world! Some of these referees been refereeing in the premier for years they gone stale and to familiar.

Should be a leagues of referees with promotion and relegation it might concentrate there minds to referee without subliminal bias.

If the wage was even higher, the standard demanded & then a better ability to cope with pressure/explain decisions openly, could also be demanded.

Reffereeing, could be something to aspire to, rather than just a job for failed, shit footballers, park keepers & traffic wardens, with no mates.

Thing is you get a panel who review Lukaku back kicks against Brighton and he is cleared. Every man and his dog knows he should of had a ban, we don't know who cleared him or why so it makes the review panel a joke. I can see Var at the Etihad next seson and we have someone like Moss as referee and Taylor using the Var review, that fills me with complete confidence that we will get correct decisions.

Look at that Zaha penalty and he got of? Watch him bust a gut to stay on his feet with more contact fouling then once he gets in the box he is hardly touched and goes down like a sack spuds! These so called experts should know what he is trying to do cheat!! In point whatsoever in looking at any incidents or bringing VAR it will be worse.

There's no way Danny Murphy should be on that list after bringing the game into disrepute. You can't say go and leave one on him (or words to that effect) and be an adjudicator on a panel like this.
