I posted similar in another thread. Send a player off and they're down to ten - spoils the game as a spectacle! And then there'll be those who would tell us that Joe Bennett exudes a rare passion for the game. Take his passion out of it and he would not be the same player. No, he wouldn't! He'd be quite harmless! And Sané would be walking into training this morning!

Ah, yes. Mr. Mason, consultant orthopaedic surgeon at the Bolton Royal Infirmary! I've posted similar comments about Mason across a number of threads, but is there one other ref who gives the impression that they just do not like what they are doing. He convinces me every time I see him that he wants to get back in his car as soon as the game kicks off. Perhaps he's the Alexis Sanchez of PiGMol - just turns up for the money?

Irony is, because of the way they assaulted us when we attacked we just managed the game and saw it out rather than provide the spectacle it could have been

And the Silva goal? At the very best it was a 50/50 and therefore the attacking side is supposed to be given the benefit of the doubt.

He should just be sacked. No suspension, no couple of matches in The Championship. Sacked.

No 50/50 about it, he was onside and the keeper wasn’t unsighted.

A Scouse colleague has said it’s the 2nd worst decision he’s ever seen, the 1st being some random one they had 12 years ago.

I think that sums up how bad it was.

We'll pay for that second half as far as the RagDipperArseHaringeyMeedya go! We've not been fully forgiven for fielding that side versus CFC in the cup when Pellers was about.
 
Wonder what the ref will say in his report about pep's approach after the final whistle and violent gesticulation at his calf?

Since when were comments on crippling talented players acceptable just because you can’t match them....
Disgraceful man should have to explain himself to the FA. Disappointing that Pep shook his hand at the end.

It was the same when we had Mason against Burnley last season, Guardiola was fuming at the end of the game for amongst other things thr assault on Bravo as he went to punch a cross, many City fans were too busy having a go at Bravo to notice what happened.

In a game where he managed to send Fernandinho off yet managed to think yesterdays horror tackle were only worthy of yellows, guys a cheating **** pure and simple.
 
I'm still fuming with that challenge on Sane..i wish nothing but the worst for that Bennet the horrible little ****

I get that Ota rolls over 8 times and then gets back up from tackles, but at very worse, that's exaggerating and its part of his culture. But, and as an ex-Grade 7 Referee, the referee is absolutely not allowed to show any form of emotion and indeed opinion, let alone the obvious disgust to a player, whatever he is doing! you simply separate yourself from incidents, so that you can remain impartial (i use that last work with tongue very much in cheek) and able to deal with incidents.,..... i,e do the job professionally!

Mason is clearly inept, unfit, gets emotionally involved and also, seemingly 'under orders' when he has our games....... Nether less, we should maintain the high road and just keep winning, whatever the bent fooks at the FA throw at us!
 
I wonder if a call goes in to the FA this week to demand, not ask for, a meeting with top level officials and ask how time after time we are getting fucked over and it's only because we are currently so good that we keep winning.
 
The German FA is now asking WTF is going on......... citing the injury to Sane and asking for the German players to be protected! In fairness, i really cannot say i blame them after yesterdays 'match' vs The Dog & Duck pub team managed by the real life Harry Bassett .......... without the comedic genius that is Ricky Tomlinson!
