Away from the political side of things …I’m up with my youngest boots polished , kit ironed and I’ll be dropping her off in Glossop in an hour with the other cadets from her attachment, one last day in selling poppies it’s quite humbling to see these youngsters giving their time and engaging with public in which for me is a great cause . Families and friends will be gathering tomorrow at the cenotaph and us like many others will remember those who we knew and those who we didn’t who payed the ultimate sacrifice. We must and always will remember them.

Sat at Piccadilly waiting my train to meet up with my old pal to travel to London,we’ve never done the cenotaph on Rememberance Sunday so this will be a first.
