Does anyone know how to remove cup schemes from a seasoncard account?
My Dad paid by direct debit last year and so his seasoncard automatically renewed for next season, including all the cup schemes he was on. However, he's decided he wants to drop the Champions League cup scheme, but when I log into his account online it only allows me to add a scheme, not remove one.
Has anyone managed to remove a scheme online, or do you have to call the ticket office?
