all the best clubs RESPECT no team when playing in 90mins
thats what i seen yesterday v burnley if it didnt rain then we would have a new record score in this morning papers

after the game then yes shake hands and all that
but that is what manchester city need to be on the field a wild dog kill or be killed take on prisoners

maybe that is what managers mean about old manchester city to much respect
was being handed out before and after games

Its not unusual for teams to take their foot off the gas when humiliating their opponents. Mutual professional respect I guess.

Completely agree .....

although you do have to guard against being over-confident.

but the main difference we saw yesterday was a City team sent out to actually try to WIN the match from the word go ........ rather than the one that only turned up at Sunderland in the second half , or the sides we sent out at Hull and Wigan .......

it makes all the difference when you actually set out to give the opposition more problems than they can give you!

I still think we could have notched double-figures if not for the inclement weather. Five goals, hit the post twice, and Ade took a touch too many and Johnson crossed into the head of the defender with Ade and Tevez unmarked.

I THINK WE SHOULD SING THE BLUE FLAG SONG, IT SOUNDS SO GOOD WHEN OTHER TEAMS SING IT,, EXEPT THE RAGS OF COURSE. ALSO THE BOUNCY SONG CHELSEA WERE DOING YESTERDAY AT THE SWAMP,, BOUNCY BOUCNY BOUCNY NA NA NA NA NA (TIN HAT ON)

i agree .......

The pitch in the 2nd half slowed our passing down , players could no longer hit balls with confidence as puddles were taking a grip ....... players were slipping , it would have affected anybodys performance.

We should respect everyone. But fear no one. There is a difference

nope never in the game should any player be seen to be given respect
other players smell it see its and use it win at all cost

yes fear no one but never respect a player in the game
