Bought the last two Stoke tickets yesterday morning from the first allocation. Not together.
Was told we might get more tickets but not guaranteed. Ticket office rang me today on my mobile, told me we had more tickets and asked if I wanted to swap those two seats for two seats next to each other. Please. The guy was really nice and helpful as well.

I know the ticket office has come in for some stick in the past, but you can't fault that for customer service.

Well done.

got my ticket today. it says block 39 and i think its row 1..... anyone know the seating plan for this ground? cant seem to find a decent one online.

i'm assuming row 1 is next to the pitch... but not sure how their blocks are laid out, or whether they have 2 tiers or whatever.

anyone shed any light?

Are you sure there isn't one on the back of the ticket?

That's really good customer service. I'd be inclined to drop an email to mcfc@mcfc.co.uk for it to be passed to the manager. He must be sick of criticism, I know I get fed up of reading it on here when , in a lot of cases, people have contributed to it themselves, ie complaining about the third tier being closed for cup games and then having to move, etc.

Good stuff putting it on here too.

not yet received the ticket as i bought over the phone, will check when it comes obviously...

It's NOT sold out, read the OP properly, he's saying we got another allocation this morning.

From memory it's a single tier stand split down the middle for segregation purposes.
