Basically, I am there for the Liverpool home leg. I know I know. But will I find anywhere to watch it? I have no idea what type of place it is.

I went 22 years ago and it was a relatively quiet place compared to other Greek resorts. Euro 96 was on at the time and I managed to watch the games in the bars, so I think you'll be okay. It's just wasn't as commercial as Malia.

theres a bar on the front road away from the main shops, that does all the football matches.

You shouldn't struggle for football on any major Greek island.

As an aside, I had a stay in Paleochora on the west side of the island in 2015. It was cheap because that side of the island wasn't incredibly touristy. Tons of history, bulletholes in most street signs, heard gunshots when I was lay on the beach one day and was later informed it was a wedding procession. They make their own rules out that way. Great culture and a direct mix between Greek and Turkish. Try the raki if you can.

Was there two years ago. Plenty of bars showing all the footy, you'll have no problem.
