The Health Questionnaire has just turned up via email
My Freedom Pass has, not sure if they’d allow that.Other than a driving licence I can't think of any other official document with your photo on.
Not required for under 16s BTW.
Do you not have a Blockbusters video membership cardHave City said what constitutes valid photo ID? Don't fancy lugging my passport about
I've had the same season ticket seats for the last 7 years and there's a guy sat next to me who has been to a maximum of 5 games in that time, he didn't even turn up for the big games either, he'd be there for a random Stoke game then we'd see him again the next season when we played Palace or someone similar, his seat was always empty for every other game so he didn't even move it on to someone else. Very weird.Have I got this right. People were buying tickets to obtain points and then going to the hassle of selling them on just so that they could then go to the odd high profile game knowing they had enough points. How many people were doing this as I don't understand why people would go to the trouble of traipsing all over the country for years and then decide that they just wanted to go to a couple of away games per season. Doesn't make sense.
Thank you for submitting your health questionnaire. You have not self-identified with any COVID-19 symptoms – you can attend the match at your advised arrival time. Remember your match ticket, Photo ID and face covering. Further information is available at www.mancity.com/matchinfo. You will also receive confirmation with further detail advising you are able to attend via email. The health questionnaire does say you need photo id
did you tick box at top you filling in for under 18?Filled out my health questionnaire.... no problem. Then went to fill out my 15yo lads and it claims I've already done it. Not had a confirmation email for either yet. Sigh.
No. I did mine then went to do his (and was going to tick the box stating I was completing on behalf of a junior) but it states its already been completed. I purchased the tickets together so maybe I only have to fill out one form?did you tick box at top you filling in for under 18?
