Rhinitis Medicamentosa

I suffer from this

Rhinitis - Inflammation of the nasal mucosa
Rhinosinusitis or sinusitis - Inflammation of the nares and paranasal sinuses, including frontal, ethmoid, maxillary, and sphenoid

Flares up after eating too much chocolate or drinking too much alcohol

Been taking medication for it for about 2 years now.

Seriously though, my nose is battered.

I use this stuff twice a day. Does the trick

Cheers for that, I will try it. Need to stop using Otravine. Had a cold before Christmas, got a bottle of otravine and two months later I'm going through loads of the stuff because if I don't have it my nose is instantly blocked and not just normal blocked fucking unbearably blocked and throbbing. I never thought I'd get addicted to fucking nasal spray.

Found Sterimar good post operation, it's quite gentle. Try using Sinurinse, 100/120 sachets with bottle, costs about £18. If your sinuses are that bad you may need an op !

You do know using Otrivine more than 3 days causes rebound congestion.I've also suffered from this and used to get plenty of headaches from it.Go to the doctors,he's given me various things and you may get tested for allergies.I'm quite a bit better now ,the damp of the area doesn't help some.
