Richards- whats happened ?

Glad to say i too was wrong,i didn't believe he had enough of the grey stuff to re-establish himself - On recent evidence,the position could be your own,well done.
 
Micah is maturing as a player, he was a kid playing out of his skin when he first broke into the team then dipped in form when he was established and picked for England. He must have thought he had done everything and didn't need to try any harder. Main credit goes to Mancini I think, he has constantly told the younger players that they need to screw the nut and keep improving, and as a result, Micah is now becoming the player we all, and him, thought he was aged 17.
 
Fuck all has happened. He's getting older that's all.

Tip of the day: don't slate and write off 20 year old full internationals who play for your team

You would think our longest standing player would get a bit more respect.

Can't entirely agree with that,while the ability has always been there,the performances havn't been on a par,for whatever reason his form went right off -that can't be disputed.
 
Micha, VInny and Silva by far our best players today. Richards was on a roll prior to getting injured at Brum. Hope he keeps this going for the rest of the season, he stays ablue and VDW stays in Holland.
 
I'll put my hands up and say that Richards had a good game, he worried me when he came against Illegitimate Giggs, but he didn't do bad

I think that he has realised that he is naturally strong enough to play and does not need to bulk up on the weights as I feel that that is what happened to him for a spell, though he still got a lot more grief from some of our supporters than was warranted.
