We have been monitoring this kid for about 5 years,as the numerous threads will testify.........in 2012 we came close to a deal but he opted to re-sign for PSV.I believe his agent has done dealings with Chelsea in the past so that maybe a factor in where he ends up.

I'd prefer Youri Tielmans (sp?) but Bazoer is a very good, young player in his own right. Has a chance to be a physical specimen in the midfield.
