Sad to hear the news of Carl Tilson passing away. Brave lad who fought tirelessly to raise awareness of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.

Condolences to Carl's friends and family.

Thankfully Carl lived a lot longer than expected, for someone with this condition, and thankfully saw his beloved blues win all the domestic trophies. Grandson of Fred Tilson and past Mancunian of the Year he raised £1000's for research into Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy an absolute credit to his family RiP Carl and condolences to his family and friends

We've lost some top Blues this year, and Carl is definitely in that category. R.I.P. Carl.

Absolutely gutted to hear this sad news..

I only seen him a few weeks back and he was his normal self, Sleep well my friend

R.I.P.

Carl was the perfect model for an ambassador of Manchester City.

He was tenacious and stubborn and as Blue as any one could be.

Rest in peace mate.

That Manc of the Year award a while back was richly deserved. Will be much missed. RIP.

Top top blue, and was inspiring in his campaigning of awareness for Duchenne muscular dystrophy.

I had never heard of it until I met Carl and he spoke about this condition.

Glad he got to see City success.

RIP Carl.
