Same thing has happened to me recently, for the first time. I have also followed the advice in this thread so hopefully I will get my money back too.Well what can I say? NatWest have given me my money back! Thanks to all for the advice, happy days indeed :)

Pissed as a fart.Time lag as he’s currently moored off the Seychelles.
My money has been refunded “temporarily” by NatWest; if the chancers who took my money object and say they did deliver it then it will be taken back again. Can’t see that happening seeing as they’ve fallen off the face of the planet!Same thing has happened to me recently, for the first time.
