Sunak is giving himself a big problem if he waits until Autumn. The boats will return, more mortgage holders are dropping off their fixed terms and being hit with increases, and the electorate is just getting wholly fucked off the longer he waits. But Rishi has shown he doesn't really 'get' politics, so wouldn't surprise me if he waited until Autumn.
