I've got (what i thought were) knowledgeable mates,season ticket holders,at the swamp,who genuinely believe we were buying Mahrez for no other reason than to cover a 6 week injury to Sane.I thought they were pulling my pisser at first,but it would appear not......i'm genuinely baffled by their lack of insight/awareness.

How the fuck can anyone expect us to compete to the best of our ability,in 4 comps,with the depth of squad we currently have?

Especially when they probably claim to have one upped is by signing Sanchez (a week or two pre-Sané injury). :-)

A lot of united supporters genuinely believe most of their players to be world class. And that Pogba is as good as, or worse, better than KDB. So I can believe they'd think we were after Mahrez to cover for Sane.

Personally- I hate player power. He signed a contract and he should honour it.
Secondly, what a vote of no confidence for the likes of Diaz and Foden it would have been (or still was)

Why should he honor it? They didn't honor their pledge to sell him. FOUR times. He is being fined by the club. As long as he is willing to take the fine, I have no problem.

Hi guys, Leicester fan here and I come in peace. From a Leicester perspective what I can tell you about Mahrez is that his 95 million price tag will not be lowered in the summer whether he goes on strike or not, our owners are very rich and very stubborn. I reckon you have Liverpool to thank for that price tag after how much they sold Coutinho for, and statistically speaking Mahrez is better than Coutinho anyway. Our owners are aware of this information, hence the large price tag. These are people who preferred to loan a fringe player in Slimani to Newcastle for free when they had a chance to sell to West Ham for decent money. All because of something West Ham board member Karen Brady said that they didn't like in an article in the sun. Rest assured that if Man City came back in the summer with a take it or leave it 65 million offer then our owners will tell you to do one and probably refuse to sell to you in the future. Your owners are minted and our owners are aware of this too, they aren't stupid. They are somewhat legends in Leicester because the club always comes first before money, manager or any player. If they say the price is 95 million then you have two options, pay it or don't pay it.

Please don't come on here telling us what a billy big bollocks your owner is on the respect thing when in reality he's making promises to a player to get him to sign a contract in good faith and then moving the goalposts to suit himself.
If that's what he's done he's nothing more than an unprincipled liar who deserves no respect.
