i think you're missing the point, a bottler of big games is a bottler of big games regardless of who you're playing for - he was being accused of not being able to handle his nerves

Messi scored a hat-trick last night v Brazil. last goal was good by even his standards.

I watched it - but his record at Int. level is 0.3 goals per game whilst his record at Barca is above 0.7 per game.

That's was my point - RVP is proven at club level so who gives a shite about Int. level.

I agree in the main, however I don't think it's the case that Arsenal don't have the money. I think it's more a case of too many people are taking a lot of money out of the place and are very happy with to get it.
