They will be linked with everybody at the moment ,tryin to sell there season tickets! It like watching a squirming pig.

got a feeling nothing is going to move at all until RSC and manu are thru the door!!

we have got 4 class strikers who will find the net more often than not given half a chance, we don't need another striker.

We struggled to score last season against teams who put 10 men behind the ball - would van persie have made much of a difference? From what I saw of Arsenal's games last season, their games were much more open.

What we do need is back up for Silva & Nasri i.e. creativity & invention to give ammunition to the forwards. When Silva is off form or out of the side, we don't look a threat.

For me, the scum can have RVP all day long, a **** of a player can join the **** of all clubs, a match made in heaven.

If RVP goes to the Rags as Ferguson is reportedly saying then we are fucked. Will be lucky to finish third in the Premier League at this rate.

Bloody hell. Two things.

Although we only won the league on goal difference we were much better than United whatever the points totals. This year Chelsea, Spurs, Arsenal might not be so useless against them.

Secondly we will be bringing players in. Guaranteed they will be better than the guys United have bought, VP apart.

So of we get Martinez, Sahin and de Rossi for example, will you still be panicking.

Don't forget the Rags get a 21 point start off the refs & the FA every season, I don't think they will get relegated this season, but i fuckin hope they do.

Regardless of who we sign, our argument for needing either is pretty poor. Clubs know this. We have no bargaining tools to say well need either. All we have are the players performances whilst on their respective loans.

But theres not a lot we can do about that at the moment, hence why City will continue to look at spending, even if those two can`t find another club.
Ignore the media shit, that City must sell before they can spend.
Does anyone seriously believe that our Owner and Khaldoon, would allow us to stand still, when our status has never been higher ?? No chance.

The betting on this is going the same way as hazzard..

The rags have gone to 8/13 form as good as 5/1 the other day

We have gone out to 13/8 from 1/3..

As you have pointed out we have Silva and Nasri so Modric is too similar - if we their creativity isnt working chances are Modrics wont and we would need a different plan of attack - ie a winger and a target man.

RvP is a better bet than Dzeko as it stands although we have never had a decent winger to feed Edin.

Therefore a winger is more important than a Modric or a RvP.

What!? You do realise we beat them twice last year in the league? With a 7-1 GD...

Spot on mate ref Agents.Arsenal apparently looking to report us to the FA for "poaching" RVP,but lets be honest, has probably happened but via his Agent.
Not very good are we (Blue Mooners) for showing our patience. ;)

press saying he's signing for scum is a good sign - they're just setting up their 'signed for city for the money' headline

Nah they are in foir him big time - City have absolutely denied reports that Dzeko is off - its fair to say that there is little smoke without fire and the reports a few weeks ago linking him with a move were likely to be genuine

There is a real possability that City have picked up that RvP is indeed going to the rags and our absolute denial that Dzeko is off is a result of this
