MOgdenTelegraph Robinho has admitted he talked Kaka out of a move to Man City in Jan 2009...“I told him Milan was much better.”

Robinho: "Kaka asked me about Manchester as a city and I said that it wasn’t beautiful because it was raining and cold."

why, just why robinho, i liked your last interview but this....shame on you

Blessing in disguise. Thanks for saving us countless infuriating performances for a stupid amount of money. Big name, no longer big performances.

Robinho done us a favour there.

You would think Robbie now played for Milan and was trying to earn some brownie points.

Oh wait a miniute.

Because Kaka has been setting the world alight at Real Madrid right?

Dodged a bullet there. People on here claim Torres is injury prone, but Kaka is even more so.

not really. Last season was his first in Europe in which he didn't start at least 30 league matches.

Also his 9 goals last year isn't as prolific as his previous seasons nor does it match his transfer fee, but it's still not dreadful. Still a great player.

It's nothing to do with Kaka. These days fading stars like Robinho are told by their agents to open their mouths and say something controversial to raise their profile. It always works because the rubbish papers lap up any bit of controversy. If this doesn't work, in a week or so he will come out with something new.

no not a blessing at all, i might be looking at wiki for the stats but 9 goals and 8 assists isnt bad for 30 odd games in a new country and league.

also he's not setting the world alight now because he's been injured since the middle/end of last season and has just started training again with the squad soo yeah...

i think he would have been good here, shame he cared about the weather so much

A blessing my arse.

Most players are attracted to clubs on what players are currently there its ambition, having Kaka here would of attracted more world-class players to the club.

Tevez
Silva
Y.Toure
Kaka
Balotelli

Certainly puts a big message out that we are going somewhere.

This season and last season he's been a waste of space.

Before Torres went to Liverpool he barely ever got injured yet some on here claim he's injury prone.

Double standards. (Not by you, just by some here)
