We all know how Fat Phil is a big admirer of Robinho and as it seems he has legged it from training, would you swap him for JT.

I'm probably talking bollocks but after what has happened in the last few days I think anything is possible.

I actually think it would be a great swap we need a center back.

Then we would get Shay Given and de jong, We ould be strong at the back and we have the forwards to do buisness upfront, so we would be a strong and balanced team up until summer, then in summer start buying the superstars

Jo couldn't hit a barn door at 5 yards, if Hughes were to pick him which he won't anyway
Evans runs around a lot but is hardly a 30 goal a season machine
Studge very skillful and potentially good but not someone to bank your season on yet
Boj who knows about his fitness/sharpness - will he even make it back let alone last the season. And is he any good? No idea.

robinho for terry, hahah, what a stupid thing to say! robinho is the best player we got, and tbh the player that will atract other big profile players... so..... no, dont be a silly willy!!! there are plenty of defenders we can go for!! that wud of been like saying 'would you swap kinky for tony adams??'

I just think that letting Robinho go now would have too much of a negative effect on the club. Media would love it, and see it as us waving the white flag over our ambitions.

Although we don't know all the details yet, it's possible that either Hughes or Robinho will have to leave now or in Summer if they can't patch things up. I hope its just a knee jerk reaction by the player and he comes round.

If we were to do the swap I'd not be looking at Terry, but more likely Drogba, Cudicini, Alex, Malouda, Carvalho, Kalou. Those are more likely targets imo.
