Die Bild say City have an interest in this lad. A DM with a €20m release clause effective from 2026. Last season was his breakthrough as he played all 34 of BMG's league matches, scoring 6 goals.

Can't say I know much about him but Ray says we aren't signing him in January.

I remember years ago thinking we might have got a great signing because Wenger had been interested in Samaras. It doesn't always work.

Samaras was fine until dipshit Pearce tried to convert him into a left winger. He got about 80 international caps can't have been that bad. He was certainly better than Corradi.
 
He‘s good but not our level. As much as I like him but he needs 1-2 years to grow.
If the board believes in him, buy with loan back 1 year.
More of a category „squad player“.
