Rochdale v. Mini-me Rags

Here's one for you.

Lad at work.

Supports United. He also supports Bury as it's his local team. He was at the match tonight. Supporting FCUM. In God's name can anyone explain that to me?

I support City. End of.

How can somebody support 3 teams, nevermind supporting 2, whatever the reasosns.

As hard as I try, I can't get my head around those FCUM fans. How can you support one club for most of your life, then up sticks, begin supporting another club, but still support the club you've been supporting for most of your life?

Perhaps I'm just old fashioned.

This is how f***ed up they are.

Not a chance.
That would be the worst scenario I could imagine, and I think myself and about every FC follower would refuse to go to such a game.

Then.

1) I wont pay a penny to the Glazers.
2) I wont ever cheer for another team to score against MUFC I would not under any circumstances go to a game between FC United and MUFC, no matter what the situation. It would cause the biggest ructions you could possibly imagine and I suspect that the troule that would occur in and outside the ground would place a division that would never ever be able to be rectified.

Soulboy- you really need to get a grip and let it go fella.. FC Utd really do appear to have got under your skin. So now their fans have no " soul" because you spoke to a few outside a chippy. Fuck me, like every City fan is a dyed in the wool time served true blue. YCMMIU
concentrate on Wednesday fella against your proper rivals and forget about the non league team up the road even if they actually get under your skin. Quite funny really, especially considering blues on
other sites were actually complimentary about the support etc. If only ALL football could be played in those types of atmospheres. Go in, you know you want to admit it.

Well he's right, ragboy.

All they sing is United songs and they have supposed to have ditched the club.

I pity them as they seem rather confused and have missed the whole point of FC United...it's not about supporting United and singing about them, it's meant to be against United and the Glazers.

Fucktards..

If they love United why ditch the club in their time of need?

Well, he got one thing right, in regard to the trouble that would happen if MUFC played FCUM.

Four years ago, I had to get a FCUM Committee member, a lad who was instrumental in getting the club set up, out of a very tricky situation with a well known United psycopath who was, quite eloquently to be fair, pointing out why FCUM should never have been formed and why everyone should have just fought the Glazers from within. Since then the hatred has got worse and worse.

I would love them both to draw each other. It would be fcking hilarious.

Protesting, It winds the owners up, can't you see that, ticket sales down, those supporters would have filled the ground for Carling cup games.

The fact is, when your 'supporters' had to stand up and be counted, you fucked off.

All the shit about 'United, kids, wife' and how loyal you are is a load of shit...judas, turncoat bunch of twats.

You'd never get that at City...we'll stand by our club through thick and thin unlike these wankers.

I must step in.

Simple question; when we were in the old Third Division, skint, going nowhere, cast adrift after years of mis-management at every level of the club...do you think we would have been lauded to the high heavens if we started our own club because we didn't like what was going on? Serious question by the way.

"Where were you when you weren't formed."(Supporting Manchester United)

One day our paths may cross. It will be sung.
