Sergio Gomez playing in a more advanced position is closer to the Sergio Gomez from 2017, considered one of the world's best young players, 2nd after Phil at the U-17 World Cup :).

I have seen him at LB, so I understand he didn't make much of an impression, but Pep subbed him on for Jack later in the season, so I think he sees now that Kompany made a mistake with him.
