Okay a tongue in cheek post, esp with our FA, but in the 1st half, after he lost the ball he had a definate kick at our player. Ive seen reds given for less. Ref didnt do anything, sky didnt show it (surprise) again.
It was a blatant kick (not hard though) and the intent was there.

Anyhow, ban him after the spurs game, not before.
 
usual scum bias, rooney kicks out after he loses the ball and gets a yellow, but it was his second offence, Vinny and De Jong both get booked for first time fouls.

I also noticed Neville got ticked off for his 4th foul and was told no more by the ref, next time he'd be booked, same old story.
 
You're being tongue-in-cheek right?

Ref gave a free-kick so he "dealt with it". Just bloody outrageous how certain players seem to be above sanction. The amount of abuse he gives refs wouldn't be tolerated from Bellers.

The other thing that made me laugh this weekend was the look on Terry's face when Dowd gave him his marching orders. It was like "Do you know who I am? You'll pay for this." Another one who thinks he's above the law.

Playing to the audience by Atkinson... you're a very naughty boy and any more you'll be dealt with, look all these people can see me telling you off so don't do it again, or else... I'll have to warn you again.

He wasn't booked for it. The ref just let it go. Like most of the fouls from Ne-vile.


I thought the ref got most of the actual decisions right, but his punishment seemed a little off, as Kompany was booked for his first bad tackle, yet a few of theres just got warnings.

But hey-ho, what you gonna do, overall the ref did a decent job.
 
We want him playing next week.

And every week he plays gives him more chance of getting in form in time for the World Cup.
 
Rags I know said shrek was right to kick out and also to go down to get Kompany booked. When I asked why they said shrek was getting lumps kicked out of him all afternoon and the ref was not protecting him so he took it on himself.

I don't know if I missed something but I did not see us kicking lumps out of him at all. In fact I was complaining that we weren't doing enough of that. Can someone confirm this to me coz I think I'm going blind now.

we do want him playing next week though. It was a cynical and petulant challenge and Ive have given him an early bath

Hopefully the more he plays the more chance of him being injured for the world cup.

I just can't get excited about a team that contains cheats like him, Ferdinand, Terry, Cole & Gerrard.

Rags and Rooney equate 'kicking lumps out of' with my idea of losing possession. Every time he lost the ball and ended on his arse, he looked referee-wards, saw no free kick and praised the ref to heaven!
 
He also tried to goad the East Stand aswell right in front of where I was sitting. Cannot remember for what decision.

Agreed. I have no desire to support Rooney's England. At all.
