KDB needs to shake off some cobwebs and get his eye in for the upcoming games. He could be absolutely pivotal to the second half of the season.
Prepare properly and play our highly tempo passing game to make them chase it and tire them out. They are going to pack the edge of their box with a 5-4-1 formation. There is absolutely no reason why we shouldn’t be able to break it down.
I don’t think we will see Mendy again this season imo. I wonder how much patience Pep has with him.

Team picks itself ...

Starting from the back ...

Ederson won't play and Muric will.

Walker hasn't played a few now and needs to play himself back into form ... Garcia was magnificent in LeagueCup QF against Leicester so he will partner Otamendi (again didn't play except a few mins last game) and on the left would be Zinchenko (I think this is Delph's third and final suspended game).

In the Midfield, Foden is the first name on ... and then KdB needs to get some minutes in his legs so him and Gundogan would play center of the park.

Two of the front three that are automatic picks are Mahrez and Jesus ... so just leaves one last spot on the left (so maybe a youngster there)? So only that one spot is really up for grabs, but knowing Pep and what he has said in the presser ... I fully expect Sterling or Sane to be filling in there ... one of them for this game and the other for the Burton game a few days later ...

Think it’s pretty unlikely that they’d risk Diaz ahead of his imminent move to Madrid. An injury could cost us around £15m.
