Stayed in Scunthorpe about a year ago. We asked The hotel receptionist where could we go in the city that’s good for a few beers and something to eat.

She replied don’t absolutely not they will know you are outsiders and you will end up in trouble.

Norris Green was a lively place to be doing a night shift.

What's everyone's experiences? Can only speak for myself, had a few nights out in Cardiff and felt a bit uncomfortable, like at any second everyone in whatever bar I was in was ready to start swinging!

The Cardiff I know is nothing like that! It’s to Wales what London is to England. Overpriced, diverse etc. I’ve never had an issue in Cardiff and am there on Friday for Wales v Azerbaijan.
