It's not just Bluemoon that's too fast, every song we sing of late seems to be a race to get to the end ? By the time Balotelli left, his song had actually become like a tongue twister when aired and sounded bloody awful as everyone raced to the end in rounds.

I agree. It's become a joke. We're like the antethesis to Spurs fans' singing.

The Sergio Agüero made City champions/Animals go two by two is a fucking joke how fast it's sung. In fact almost all of our songs are like that now.

HEY JUDE!! I always think what idiot decides its a good idea to play this before the game. Then i read this thread and realise its the same idiots who read bluemoon. Nearly every team had a Hey Jude, we did it against Leeds, and Sheff Wed a couple of season ago and due to the nature of away support it instantly get hijacked!! NEVER EVER PLAY IT.

I also cant believe people are slagging off blue moon. Some songs become Anthems and stay with the club regardless of what happens. They are part of what makes us City fans, and in a song instantly make poeple think of city, regardless of who you support (Crewe excluded). So we are definatly singing it.

I like the Ella Fitzgerald, there is something nice about a slow song, YNWA does it well, so does the Spurs version of 'Oh when the Spurs'. the supra version is good as it goes from slow to fast, i personally like the clapping and then jumping up and down bit.

the only other option is turn it off and let the big boys in ASBO corner and the SS step up to the plate!
