Ruben Dias - anti bullying champion

Bullying at school is part and parcel of growing up. It prepares you for dealing with the many utter bellends you will encounter in adult life.
I'd agree mate when i was at School (i'm 40). It was sorted out with a dust up and a black eye!

But these days with social media and the like its vile!

Well done Ruben and City!

Maybe if bullying was stamped on at school there would be a good few less bellends in later life?
This where the issue is. Punishments are non existent for bullying, isolation or after school DT, most just laugh it off and end up twatting the lad/girl even harder for 'grassing' or if it's not him or her, it's his/her mates that will do it.

Exclusions is the go to for serious bullying, but the issue with that is said persons mates would probably have a crack for "getting" their mate excluded despite the fact they got themselves excluded.

Get your kids into a self defence club of some sort is the best way to deal with it in my opinion. Builds self confidence, and knowledge that they can turn the other kids over if needs be.
