Report: Arsenal, Tottenham and Manchester City battle for Portuguese starlet Ruben Vinagre
Three Premier League clubs are interested in signing Monaco starlet Ruben Vinagre, report Portuguese newspaper Record.
North London rivals Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are keen, along with Pep Guardiola's Manchester City side.
Vinagre is a left-back, who Monaco have made available to go on loan with an option to buy, after manager Leandro Jardim told him he was not part of his current plans this season.
The 17-year-old has been capped by Portugal at under-16, under-17 and under-18 level, making 26 appearances across the age groups for his country.
This included being a starter in Portugal's under-17 European Championship winning campaign earlier this summer, in which they beat Spain on penalties in the final.
Vinagre left Sporting Lisbon for Monaco a year ago, and while he is yet to crack the first team, he remains highly regarded, and could potentially be heading to a Premier League club before the transfer deadline.
