Just got this text off a mate:

"Barry 100% done deal to City, Tevez 80% certain to happen. From a guy with 'sold' contact apparently. Looking at his history he revealed Bridge deal early, but also said RSC was done in January."

I trust my mate, but not sure about this. Surely Barry will have better offers...

who knows? I'm taking the approach of not stressing it (well okay, trying not to) because the bottom line is by the end of this summer we will have signed quality players, that much is guaranteed.

He is with Tottenham stuff: had some insight into the Berbatov to United and Corluka to Spurs stories which proved right. I know neither Barry nor Tévez have direct Spurs links, but they have both been linked with THFC so I guess it's possible he might know something.

limited posts but it looks like he does have contacts - Corluka off he got right and was certain the Berbatov was going to Scum

he got RSC wrong though but I think that was screwed at the last minute by BFS

Decent point, but considering he is out of contract we can't really use Sturridge as a makeweight can we? Tribunal is likely to be pennies.

I hate to say it, but I would only take him at left winger. Ireland is our future in the center of the pitch. unless he were to take de Jong's spot which I think he could do nicely but I am happy with Ireland patrolling the center of the park.
