Unconfirmed but thought it is worth discussion given the significance, if true.

 
I don't trust the Chinese, maybe this is all about how much Russia has been or will be supported.

There are (unconfirmed) reports that all rail travel has been suspended, as well.

I would honestly be very surprised if the party elders moved in this way to oust him, but he has been losing support and credibility since the pandemic began.

The Chinese economy is in much worse shape than most are reporting, with something like 80% of common Chinese wealth invested either directly or indirectly in the collapsing housing market.

The Chinese economy has been built on a housing market that literally doesn’t exist for decades.

China is full of half finished fake cities full of shells of apartment blocks that only really exist properly on paper. It’s absolutely insane.

And it’s much, much closer to total collapse than is being reported.
