Hey Guys, just started running for a week after a 8 month break. The hardest part about running for me are ankle splinting (my ankle joint and the bone which connects to the ankle just start rubbing against each other) and it becomes extremely painful after a while. Is this a cause for concern/ should I show this to a doctor? This doesn't happen while walking fast/ for a long time, it's only when I am running. I have not put on any significant weight as well throughout my break.
