Russia interference Report

Agree with that and I've given my answer to the issue.

Ban all political adverts and campaigns on social media. Its the wild west, its a cess pit.

No one can complain then.
It's a good start, but the bigger problem is troll farms and fake accounts spreading political misinformation. That's what the Russians are mainly doing, millions of fake accounts spreading the same message to discredit one side, praise the other and set the narrative they want. None of them are political adds, but they influence things hugely.

Sadly, some of the Western political parties are actively encouraging or even hiring these companies to do this, that's the bigger problem. (obviously to the more savvy person, any account with a persons name followed by 7 numbers with about 1 follower but thousands of tweets is an obvious red flag, but scams aren't generally aimed at savvy people)

Did vote leave not have a lawful and valid reason to campaign?

I've yet to hear any solid evidence bad state actors paid for the vote leave social media campaign im afraid?

So youre ignoring the £435 K donation made to the DUP by Vote Leave ? Who then promptly spent it taking out advertisements in Newspapers which weren't circulated in Northern Ireland.

The bad state actors were in the Tory party mate.

The DUP and Vote Leave have always denied that there was any coordination between them as to the spending of the money – much of which went to the same firms being used by Vote Leave – and that would have been illegal.
The Electoral Commission has closed its investigation into the issue and the DUP, Vote Leave and Mr Cook have said that they abided by all the rules.

So another accusation for which there was no evidence?

So Vote Leave (via a Tory MP ) bung the DUP £435000 , the DUP then take out full page adverts and paper wraparounds in the London Evening Standard (owned coincidentally by the former KGB agent Alexander Lebedev and his son Evgeny Lebedev who then goes onto be made a Lord by the Tories) The London Evening Standard isn't circulated in Northern Ireland ..... but , of course, as usual theres nothing to see here.

And the Corbynistas were a cult?

Looking to be educated here. How does a NI party hope or seek to influence it's GE or electorate through ads in a London paper?

They broke no rules. I know you and the author would like to invent some new ones to suit but they broke no rules.
