Russia World Cup

since the day they won the rights I have thought there would be a couple of fan fatalities it is just insane to let these animals host any football event
They're not animals, they're people.

I will be interested to watch Belgium, Germany, Brazil, Argentina and even F*ance (as there is a City contingent.)
Soz messrs. Sterling, Walker and Johnny Stones (City legend), but the best thing u 3 can do is turn up to Engerland training and tell Southgate he is a C*nt to his face in front of every other player. Guaranteed safety from injury due to incompetent Engerland neanderthal training. Joe can stay there - he will be too busy reliving past glories with a shampoo bottle to be considered to actually play but hey-ho.
Cant' believe the utter sh*tness of the squad for friendlies and let's face it most of those names will remain there due to the genius manager and FA selection policy. NO playmaker, NOBODY that is capable of passing the ball forward! Even dipper mates cringe about Henderson and Milner. Take a gamble and stick in Shelvey - great passer but potential red card every game - f*ck YES he should be in the team heart on sleeve captaining it for me.
Oh and Phil Foden deserves a shout. (I would like him to go with wc squad but not play ... bet he will be on ancestry website soon seeing if he can hop a ride on a different bus (one that is not perma-parked)!

You know Russia have no influence on any drugs tests, they're carried out by international bodies that aren't particularly fond of the Russians?

Yes but the Russians could "spike" a player when they were staying in the country. Then it wouldn't matter who was doing the tests as it would make the player look guilty as there would be evidence against them.

Of course not all are, nor are any actually animals in the context we are thinking. There is a distinct mentality though of bravado, real men, all that stuff. Their politicians even said as much when they got done for the euro violence. They literally said "these french police do not know real men" and stuff like "we should support our boys then deal with at home". These are the ones who are supposed to be level headed diplomatic men of thought.

I think what he is alluding to is the general tone held regarding violence. When the governors of some of these towns are actively supporting it i doubt they are ordering the cops to be mean to their own boys. Maybe they attack a bar of England fans, i can imagine him telling the chief to "not rush yourself" for example.

For such a huge population you only need a tiny fraction to still have loads of these types of nutters.

Its all about the money one just needs to look at the Sochi Olympics it ended up costing £31bn thats 3 times as much as the London Olympics and the first one EVER that a Winter Olympics cost more than the preceding Summer one, and 31bn gives you ALOT of money to slide under the table to make sure to "address" the concerns of the people with the power pick somewhere more suitable.

Harry Redknapp likes this post.

I have just asked at a place where there are a few Russian lads so hopefully they can give me some real insight what to expect at the WC. I will be interested to hear what they have to say and shall report back here anything worth noting.

I believe you mean Harry's dog!

They could, if the teams didn't look after their own food and drink and keep testable samples of everything consumed. It isn't exactly Sunday League.
