Ignorance is bliss for many of these countries and half of them don't really regard things like human rights the way others do. They could come onto the side of Ukraine but then they'd have to accept the consequences of retaliatory sanctions which western nations now have (eg. inflation). If they stay neutral then it's business as usual.India has really surprised me.
I considered them neutral to slightly western aligned.
Every post on social media is bombarded with Indian posters on Russia’s side, the government has done more for Russia than anyone else, even China.
Most of the Middle East and countries like the UAE can be thrown into the same bracket and it's certainly a moment of shame for the club we support in my opinion. It's ironic that we see an outpouring of support for Zinchenko from the club yet our owners in Abu Dhabi and China have been deadly silent on criticising Russia. If anything the UAE is strengthening ties with Russia off the back of this whereas China have kept it at arms length.
All these people give a toss about is money and a second benefit of the war for them is the oil business is booming too.

I thought he was part of the Blue Moon Legal Group who argue far more here than they would in a lifetime in court.He is doing a PhD (in politics of some sort, i think)

I thought following their abstention in the first vote, the UAE had voted with the majority of the UN in every vote sinceIf anything the UAE is strengthening ties with Russia off the back of this whereas China have kept it at arms length.

No he was being a prick as usual along with that other prick mazza.
Why would the west be neutral in this? There isn't two sides to this story only the one, which is widely reported with plenty of evidence.
