Ignorance is bliss for many of these countries and half of them don't really regard things like human rights the way others do. They could come onto the side of Ukraine but then they'd have to accept the consequences of retaliatory sanctions which western nations now have (eg. inflation). If they stay neutral then it's business as usual.India has really surprised me.
I considered them neutral to slightly western aligned.
