2 huge events happened in 2008. One is well known, the other isnt.
In 2008 Ukraine asked to join Nato. We backed their request as did the U.S. and everyone else except......
France and Germany.
Bucha and all the other war crimes would not have happened if those 2 countries had not been so selfish and so reliant on Russia.

Surely not enough time and much too small to pay too much attention.I would be surprised if it would be allowed again here in Germany in a similar way. Police had their lesson.

The demo was registered and allowed by Police "Against discrimination of russian speaking people in Germany and against propaganda at schools". Obviously legal, if they hadn't shown so many russian flags as a provocation and 1 car with a Z...

So, 900 odd people, maybe some of them with an ok intention, we don't know. Surely the wrong public message these days, but at the same time we WANT to allow also rare (shite) opinions.

But I can assure, that has nothing to do with German mainstream. We just know russian flags are not forbidden in the public - in contrast to showing an obvious Z symbol.
I wouldn't give them too much attention, as long as in line with law.

If it happened in this country there'd have been 5 counter protesters for every Putin apologist and they'd have smashed the shit out of their cars.

We see this every time Tommy Robinson's lot try to do something, they are massively outnumbered by anti-EDL protesters.

That's how democracies work. The government doesn't shut down protests, other citizens do.

With each passing day and horror, the inevitable seems to move closer?

I had discounted physical intervention on the part of Western powers but the more Putin calls our bluff, there must come a time when we do more than allow war crimes and genocide to continue.

If it happened in this country there'd have been 5 counter protesters for every Putin apologist and they'd have smashed the shit out of their cars.

We see this every time Tommy Robinson's lot try to do something, they are massively outnumbered by anti-EDL protesters.

That's how democracies work. The government doesn't shut down protests, other citizens do.

I remember the miners strike in this country (amongst other demonstrations) Thatchers government used the police and army to control the protestors.

Every government in Europe has been compromised by it's integration with Russian resources, money and corruption. Us, France, Germany and every other. We'd all be better focusing on what we can change in our own country than trying to blame others for past mistakes, IMO.

Well it seems the President of Ukraine agrees with me. He has torn into the Germans and blamed them front and centre.

Absolutely I never knew that being part of NATO prevented us from any other action apart from humanitarian and defensive. It didn’t prevent us in the past, world war 2 When Hitler invaded Poland we went alone so what’s so different now?
I know the answer the threat of a 3rd world war “nuclear“ but we seem so helpless in this surely a few old planes would help. Poland was going to help with planes but NATO said no
