The point is the tweet( and you ) said the South Koreans wouldn’t send anything unless Europe stepped up. Which is just wishful thinking and an opinion. Not something that has been stated by the South Koreans.

My opinion is SK won’t send anything as they think NK are emboldened and are more likely to attack them so want to keep what they have.
Or at least that is my opinion on why the public said what they did in the poll

If Putin doesn't respond to Trump's peace overture then it wouldn't suprise me if Trump then said "Fuck You Then" and delivers the arms and ammunition required for Ukraine to defeat Russia.
Trump really doesn't respond well to being ignored and/or sleighted.
Putin either negotiates in good faith or Trump will bite back hard. I'm fairly sure that Putin, as a born again Narcissus/ Pychpath won't do what Trump wants.
